You may only use LightSend to message contacts who have given you permission to contact them. You must honor any request to stop receiving messages.

2. No Spam

You may not use LightSend to send unsolicited bulk messages, spam, or any messages that violate applicable law.

3. No Harassment or Illegal Content

You may not use LightSend to send messages that harass, threaten, deceive, or defraud anyone, or that contain illegal, abusive, or infringing content.

4. Compliance with Laws and Carrier Rules

You are responsible for complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), carrier guidelines, and all other applicable laws and regulations when using LightSend.

5. You Control Every Message

LightSend never sends messages automatically. You review and tap to send each message, so you are responsible for the content of every message you send.

6. Enforcement

LightSend may suspend or terminate your access at any time if you violate this policy.
